1991:
Bernhard Gründl, Germany, with my dog Pipper. Bernhard was a welcome
guest and regarded part of our family. He came to Denmark and stayed
with us each year for 7 years until he died in a car crash in June 1991
on his way home from yet another trip to Denmark. You are very much
missed. |
1993: Hans Bradtke and his wife Renate (Germany)
visited us a few times while we still lived in Magleby. Hans was an avid
DXer - but more well-known as a succesfull song-writer for Frank Sinatra
and Nana Mouskouri a.m.o.
Hans received many important
awards like the Bundesverdienstkreuz and - not long before he sadly died
- was honored 'honorary citizen of the city of Berlin.' Hans died in May
1997. |
